I was looking for a clean climate controlled storage in southend. I stumbled across this location one afternoon. I was greeted with kindness and excellent customer service by Francis. He told everything that I needed to know and answered all my questions. A few days later I booked a unit online and returned to the site during my lunch break to get the key. Again welcomed by Francis with speedy, clear, concise, and guided instructions - I was in and out and headed back to work within the hour. Thank you Francis for being consistently kind and helpful. I highly recommend this location.
