Outstanding customer service. Charles answered all of my questions and ensured that I made an educated decision regarding the storage unit sizes. Made my reservation 3 days ago and got a great online price considering the storage size. Made for an easy transaction once I got to the facility, which is super clean and appears to be very safe. After 1 year renting here, I finally closed out my unit, closing a chapter in my life. And I had a chance to finally also meet Tyler and Charles, the new reps, and I can honestly say I wish they had been here this whole the time. The previous Lady was kind, but her work ethic was horrible. Anywho, Tyler and Charles were professional, prompt, and courteous today while helping me finalize my closing, and I would highly recommend storing here. My things were on the main level when you entered up on the hill, on the side, and after a year in storage, I am grateful I had no damage to my belongings, but they were also nicely and tightly packed. If you need extra space for your stuff, this place is great. First off, it's new. So, very clean, and climate controlled. Friendly staff. They explain everything thoroughly. I'm happy. What can I say?!!
