Terrible experience with Pro Tow Frisco. I called them two hours before arriving, and they confirmed my car was there and said I could come anytime to pick it up. When I got there, no one was at the location. I called again, and they told me I had to wait another 1–2 hours for someone to come and release my car. I ended up waiting for over an hour with the AAA tow driver! Totally unprofessional and a huge waste of time. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

If I could, I would give negative stars. The staff here are very rude. Even while talking to me, she was scrolling on her phone and not paying attention. When we asked her to speak to us respectfully, she said, ‘I’ll talk however I want.’ That’s not how you treat customers.

The second day at our new apartment, the first time we rent during our stay in the US, my dad’s car got towed unfortunately due to unclear writing in the parking lot that says (reserved) and no one mentioned anything abt parking. It’s crazy and ridiculous how this unethical business and place (privately owned) charges $320 to release a vehicle. What a scam!! An unethical business scheme that lacks morality and values… be mindful of what people go through…
