Absolutely amazing experience with Stax Storage of Murrieta. As a single full-time father with a daughter with a disability, I was going through a very stressful move because of our living situation, and this was an incredibly difficult time in our lives. Stax Storage made the entire process 10 times less stressful. They were patient, flexible, understanding, and genuinely kind when I needed help the most. That level of compassion means everything when you are carrying a lot on your shoulders. I especially want to give a huge thank you to Patricia. She is the woman who helped me during my time of need, and I truly cannot thank her enough. She treated me with care, respect, and understanding, and that made a lasting impact on me and my family. This is exactly the kind of small business that helps strengthen our community. When people are going through hard times, businesses like this can make all the difference. I did my research before deciding on StaxUp storage in Murrieta. The price was reasonable, grounds were clean, and the customer service is top notch. I was especially impressed with the store manager, Patricia. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made my move less of a headache. Thank you, Patricia!!!!!

I ran into an issue with the original stage facility I chose and Stax was able to get me situated with a unit within minutes so I could avoid the extra waiting fees for my movers. Office staff onsite and super helpful. Wish I caught her name because she was amazing!
