I’ve had an excellent experience with Stop & Stor! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful — they made the whole process quick and easy. The facility is spotless, well-lit, and secure, which really gives me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. Access hours are super convenient, and the units are well-maintained! Prices are fair, and the customer service truly stands out — they actually care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. I’d absolutely recommend Stop & Stor to anyone looking for a clean, reliable, and trustworthy storage facility.

My husband and I recently visited this Stop & Stor location after seeing a great deal online, and we were beyond impressed. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Joy at the front desk—who truly lives up to her name. She was such a ray of sunshine: kind, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. Joy took the time to show us the unit we originally came in for and even gave us a look at another size so we could make the best choice for our needs. She made everything so easy and stress-free. We told her we were planning to store some extra baby items, and she lit up with excitement for us. Even on our return visits, she remembered we were expecting and checked in on how I was feeling—making sweet comments like “let her eat all the ice cream and pickles!” It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel genuinely cared for. The facility itself is clean, organized, and easy to access. We especially love the drive-thru feature, the self-service options, and the convenience of using their rolling carts. Even something simple like purchasing a lock was made easier—Joy kindly placed it on the unit for us ahead of time so we didn’t have to worry. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to store our things here and highly recommend this location. Thank you again, Joy, for making this such a pleasant and smooth experience.
