Been using them for years, no problems just be aware the rate does increase by about $10 every year for the unit. Started out at $75 and am now at $109 per month after 3 years. But the price of everything is going up. I would also recommend asking to see the unit you will be given before taking it because the angles in some of the areas to drive in are very sharp and the lanes are narrow so you wouldn’t be able to back up to the door of many of them, you have to park alongside it or walk it down the alley if you have anything much bigger than a small SUV. Like I don’t think a U-HAUL would be able to get to some of them. Doorways are also very narrow on the smaller units but thankfully nothing that we had was too wide to fit through. Larger items may run into trouble.

I have had a storage unit with your company for over 20 years for my business. Your current location on Brownsboro Road is very convenient to my home and office. The office personnel are very helpful and friendly answering questions.

They don't tell you in the beginning that there is an insurance fee when they're giving you prices. They surprise you with that later and not when they give you the price for the rental of the unit initially. That's the time they should be telling you that not later on. They have rude staff members with attitudes you can feel as soon as they pick up the phone as usual despite me being friendly and professional unlike the man who's in the storage facility on site who is excellet! They're tactics for collection are invasive unprofessional and harassing and I'm not even charged a late fee yet and they're calling me up and texting me first thing on the same morning 2 days before the late fee kicks in and says I'm in collections! One of them said the late fee kicks in after 4 days another one said it kicks in after 5 days lol. I tried to pay online through their pitiful system that didn't work repeatedly and have designed to be too difficult in my opinion and wound up having to go down there and pay in person to avoid all the BS of dealing with those office people on the phone. They charge a approximately a 30% late fee on the cost of the rental which is outrageous. Predatorial to say the least considering their obstructionary difficult system that shouldn't be that difficult to navigate to make a simple payment. It's more difficult than any other systems I've used. Life is too short for them.
