Storage America - Homestead

I have been a customer of this location for years and there prices have gone up… I came to get a smaller unit to move my things. I was unable to do the change because I am unable to move my stuff with in the time frame …then I tell the sales associate named Luis that to remove the auto draft from my account… The manger Sarah was say that if not paid when it due then I won’t be able to get into my storage until it’s …then I tell her I am awear because I have be a customer for long time. then in a sarcasm way she tell me she is let me know. Then when I tell her that there is no need for the sarcasm she rolls her eyes and walks away….then when I ask Luis for the manger he tell she is …I ask for him to call and he responds by saying that she won’t came. He didn’t even try and then when I called him out on there service and I was going to write a review his response was I can do whatever I want. If you don’t want to get rude service….now you know. I will say it again I have been a customer for a long time and I have never gotten this bad service until now….i guess people are forgetting how to give service .

Marilu was awesome, the whole process of renting the storage was a breeze. Her customer service was great and she took the extra mile to make sure my decision on choosing a storage was comfortable.
