Storage Center

We used Storage Center to store items for a client for a few months, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The online system to unlock doors was intuitive and easy to use. The facility was always clean and kept at a comfortable temperature. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, from securing the lease to answering questions along the way. If I ever need storage again, Storage Center will be my first and only choice.

The staff is very friendly and responsive. The facility is very clean and safe, you can enter and lock door behind you, including your vehicle. location is great too, easily accessible near freeway and off cliff.

Highly recommend, great buildings, and friendly, helpful staff, available on site or by phone. We needed a unit last summer to help with our move to Sioux Falls. At first I reserved online at the West location. But then we realized that the South location would be closer to our new apartment. Cindy at West was extremely helpful and friendly, and easily switched our reservation for us. When we arrived we had a little issue with the app access, and she got tech support and had it resolved in a few minutes. She was so welcoming that I felt like I had a new friend in the area. The building is modern and super clean. Recently we needed a larger unit because we needed to bring some left behind storage out here, and Kevin was very helpful and easily facilitated our switch to the size we needed. Very pleased!
