Absolutely don't waste your time and money here! Gate is never closed even though there is a keypad gate. When we moved in there were 2 human sized holes in the chain link fence that we told them about and were never fixed.

Unit leaked and always had water in it. Brought it to their attention when Storage Depot took over from Byrd’s in 2020 and nothing was ever fixed - see pics of water still in my unit 3 years later. Always raised prices but never fixed anything. Charged me $12 for insurance randomly one month even though I gave them a copy of my policy 3 years prior. There are a lot of newer, better maintained units available at other companies that are climate-controlled for around the same price for twice the space. The location was convenient, but that’s the only positive I saw.

Don’t make the mistake of storing your stuff here. They constantly increase prices with no change in services and they have very shady business practices. Take a look around! There are much better options available. I was able to get a clean, climate controlled unit somewhere else for the same price. Units are damp and roach/rat infested. Most of the items I stored here had to be thrown away!
