I've been renting here for the past 2 years and I must say that the attendant Keisha is the Best, she will go above and beyond for her customers. No matter what kinda day she is having she is always ready to help and as kinda and sweet as she can be, we need more people just like her in this world. THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS BEING READY TO HELP and so pleasant!!

Lady I first spoke to was very nice. I experienced problems with filling out questionnaire. Called and spoke to two persons, one male and one female whom both did not seem to understand my problem. Turns out the storage they gave me was unable to lock. I had to put all my items back in my car and contact next day with my problem. I couldn't get the gate to open with code because I wasn't told to hit star at beginning and pound at the end. Cost me over an hour of frustration.

I can't say enough good things about this location The management is amazing every time I have a question or concern they're so kind and willing to help in any way that they can Great job ladies keep up the outstanding customer service
