CONSTANT HARASSMENT There's a lady manager, named Paula who's obsessed with controling everyone's access in and out the property. She called the police after three visits to arrange my storage bin to claim that I was living in the storage bin when the temperature outside was above 95° and above 110° inside. The police claim that they were getting ready to arrest me for breaking and entering when I got there at 8:00am , Gate Hours are 7:00am-6:00pm. She claimed that I broke the lock to get into my inside unit. Until I showed Police the video showing the lock was open when I arrived, (𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘩 𝘪𝘵 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘥𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴) they informed me that I was going to be placed under arrest! WOW, (GOOD THINKING AHEAD ON MY PART). After she was embarrassed to the Police from her false claims, took my code out of the entry system so I couldn't exit until she had her revenge...SMH🙄

Mrs. Polly is great! The facility is well secured as well as clean. I'm comfortable with having my things stored here. Thank you Mrs Polly for all that u do .....and keeping my belongings safely stored.
