I want to thank Caitlin and the property manager for my unit(s) at Cty Rd 4 in Elkhart. I rented a second unit on Tuesday afternoon and when I went to the unit today, the unit I had told was mine did not fit my needs. Not only did the management team explain my rental, when they found out that I could not get my things into this unit, they made sure that they got me a unit that would work for my needs. I'm extremely pleased with the professional attitude of this group and I will continue to rent with them. Thanks again for all you do!

Facility is fine, website easy, online agreement is a little bit much. Quick to ask for money and take it, never received my gate code. Had to call the help number, you guessed it, I could barely understand the help desk person, extreme accent. I needed him to repeat everything he said multiple times. Very frustrating. Hopefully I have the right gate code, we'll see. Also, the added on protection is not mandatory. Read it, it's not insurance. I'd give 2 stars, but I do like the ease of access, price, availability, and seems to be a safe area.

Easy to access and lots of lighting which is nice. The company was accommodating with ordering online and had the lock available upon arrival. Happy to have found them and happy with the price of the unit. The only thing I would have liked was to be able to have 24 hour access which the site I visited said they had but when getting there the gate said access is only from 6am-10pm so was a little upset about that but everything else was great.
