Not secure, not well maintained, and price has gone up three times in the past year. Was better when it was Staylock. **UPDATE: Called the number provided, they had no idea what I was talking about. Krista, the district manager who called me, was given a message to call me back. No call back.** As you can see in the photos, there's a big hole in the fence that has been there for months now, a unit is crashed into, the weeds have clearly not been taken care of, yet the price keeps getting raised. There are cameras on one section of a single row of units and that's it. Our unit got broken into, and we were told someone would contact us back but they never did. We filed a police report, not because anything of value was stolen, but because we just wanted there to be a report of theft on file. Don't store here, there are plenty of other places that are less expensive, and much better managed and maintained.

I was given a number of options for rental at locations nearby. I needed to verify our needs and when. I called back and left a message I was contacted in a timely manner and the transaction was handled very professionally. I was actually given a gate code missing one number. When my son tried to enter the facility with the code I had texted him, it was incorrect and I was immediately notified. The code discrepancy was found and I was able to meet him there and gain access. A bit of a glitch but it did confirm for me that security is taken seriously - and that is a good thing. Facility is clean and in a safe location.
