The Middleton run road location in Elkhart did not disappoint me. I never had any issues that couldn’t be resolved (payments) and would definitely rent a unit here again if needed. The unit location was safe and I never had any issues accessing my unit. This property was always kept clean and gated.

I was helped by Simone. She did great with getting me a price for a unit and was able to do it all right over the phone. She was very nice and funny. I’m glad she was the one that helped me.

Unit broken into and items stolen, along with unit next to mind. Entered empty unit by melting pathetic green zip tie they use, and broke through the walls to mine and unit next to mine. Only one security camera in the very back. Ratings on google made me feel good about it, when speaking to the cop he said break ins are common at this location.
