Kristi was amazing. First, she was professional but so friendly. She went out of her way to assist me in every possible way. It was my first time renting a storage unit and she explained everything so well to me. I could not have been more satisfied with the service and she’s such a pleasure to talk to.

The first time we met Kristal was when we rented a unit over on Sutherland in Knoxville. She was super friendly, professional and expedient. Today I needed to upgrade a size, and she took care of everything in just a few minutes over the phone. Again, Kristal was so nice and helpful. She is a wonderful manager and customer service representative.
