I wasn't looking forward to renting a storage unit today but I have to say it was a wonderful experience!! Crystal made the experience stress-free, she was very knowledgeable and explained the process very well. She's definitely a asset to this company very friendly and made sure I understood all the paperwork. By the end of renting a unit I felt like I just had a conversation with a family member.
