The manager and his assistant were very kind and helpful. Customer service was 100% caring. I had issues with down sizeing, get another unit. They helped made sure that I get a great deal with the discount of the first month free. I have been a customer at this location for over 10 yrs. I am happy for the new management.

I needed to edit this review in order to inform everyone that their website only shows 4 and 5 star reviews so they are filtering their google reviews. I rented a 10x15 unit 4 months ago at $61/month. Since this place is in the process of a "rebrand" they have changed our rental rates without notice. The rate increase doubled the cost of the unit. When we rented the unit 4 months ago there was no option to pay for a 6 month lease to "lock-in" our rates like the new manager informed me today. The manager informed me that my rate of $61/ month was a promotional price and that the promotion is stated online..... which it is not. She also stated that their rates increase based off of the reality market. I took the liberty to go to their website and the same size unit that I rented is currently available for $61/ month and no where online does it state that the price is a promotional price. This is no way of running a business. They get you in with a low price, then wait a few months to make sure that you are all moved into the unit, then they double your rent. Horrible people. We are moving our business storage needs elsewhere as I don't agree with this locations business practices.

My first time renting a storage unit, I decided my first stop would be Extra space on Silver star and Mercy Dr. The front desk agents Conroy, Jennifer and Kira were polite, professional, and attentive to my needs. They answered all my questions with patience and provided clear instructions of what I can and can’t store in the units. Their friendly demeanor made the interaction a positive experience I didn’t need to go elsewhere.
