Storage Sense - Huntsville - Sparkman

Very disappointed in the experience I had with this business. The communication with them over the six months that I rented was absolutely terrible. I strongly recommend against that renting one of the "virtual units" (10x20, 10x30, 10x40 etc). These are basically just 10x10 units that sit next to each other rented as if they are one large unit. You'll have to buy more than one lock if this is the case but there is nothing to warn you if you do this online. It was like pulling teeth trying to downgrade when I consolidated my items into fewer units. Trying to get a straight answer or even a call back from the office was also like pulling teeth. I had to physically go to the location several times just to try to get any answer whatsoever. Some of my items were destroyed by mice and rats despite my best efforts to wrap everything really well and checking in on the units at least once every one to two weeks. I was charged for a full month despite the fact that I spoke with the district manager and let him know I'd be moving out the next business day after my billing date and he assured me I wouldnt be charged. I was charged, moved out, and when I went in the office, called and emailed as follow up I never received any form of communication back about trying to get refunded or at least prorated for the month of December. I will never use any location for this company ever again.

It was easy and the guy was very nice! Treated very well. My unit was clean and exactly what I needed for a fare price!
