I’ve had my RV stored here for almost 6 months, I think. But in December and then again in January and February I got automated calls saying that my payment was overdue. I am on auto pay and it had not been a problem before. When I called them in December, they said they would fix it. Now, in February, they are still telling me the same thing. I spoke with Savannah today and she told me that They are having an issue with the system. I told her this has been their answer for three months and this is not acceptable and I should get an update on when this issue will be fixed. She said she could not tell me when it would be fixed because she’s not IT. When I suggested she scale it to the next step she dismissively said she might send an email. When I asked when would I hear back from them she said “I don’t know.” I let her know businesses usually say within 24 to 48 hours and that’s when she went mute. It didn’t sound like she had hung up on me but she just stopped answering me. How rude! I wonder if I will be getting the same automated call again in March saying that my payment is overdue.
