I was a customer here for about 8 years before the new owners took over. After the ownership change, the terms and fees changed significantly. For example, even though I already had insurance, I was told I would be charged an additional $30/month for insurance. They also cut off my lock to install their own lock and I was not reimbursed for the lock that was removed. They they continued to nickel and dime me until I was able to get out of there, using my stored items as leverage. They also attempted to raise my rate by 83%. Based on these experiences, I do not recommend this business under the new ownership.

Devan I believe his name was who helped me and my sister with renting a storage unit was very helpful and made the experience pleasant.
