Allegiant Roofing has had the pleasure of working with Storage Star on various projects, and our experience has been exceptional. In particular, Dan has been outstanding to work with. The entire team at Storage Star has been kind, welcoming, and understanding throughout every project. We’ve truly enjoyed supporting Storage Star with their roofing needs and look forward to building a long and successful partnership together. Dan took over management a few months ago, and he has been wonderful! Easy communication and when I forget to make my payment, he always calls with a friendly reminder. Pricing is fare, units are clean and secure, and the new paint job makes them look beautiful. I would definitely rent from them again, we also kept our r v here for several years.Never worried about it. Highly recommended place for secure storage and r v parking.

Since the new group took over, they have doubled the rent and do NOT answer calls. They obviously do not care about your input. Also, they painted the entire place even though it was not even close to needing it.... it was all about branding. When they painted, they blew the place to clean it and forced sand into my unit and covered everything for about 6 feet with grit. Of course, they did not give anyone warnings about perhaps covering your goods. I will be terminating my contract after 10 years as will all of my family with units (6) as well as 12 friends that are also moving to a better company. P.S. I would give them a "zero" but Google will not let me.
