Storage Star

I'm absolutely pleased with Storage Star. Their staff is always willing to help my husband and I with our storage needs. Example: My husband needed help with our parking area and Janelle came to the rescue. The whole staff is curteous, friendly and solved our parking needs. I would highly recommend them.

Great Prices and Amazing service. Online service for reservation was simple and easy. Next day, came to storage, everything was accurate and same as I was shown online. Janelle explained everything and had me in and out of the office quickly. The facility is clean and very well managed, Janelle is on top of it. I feel good about storing my items here. Other facilities in town can’t compare. Also right off the 99 hwy so easy to get to, also wide driveways if you have a truck.

The most outstanding thing about Storage Star (SS), to me, is the thoroughness to customer service before and after the signing. The paperwork process was easy and thorough. And, I've never received a welcome letter from a storage facilities; as I did from SS a couple of days after my visit. Nice professional gesture. The facility is clean, in great condition, and secure.
