Storage Units Daytona Beach

The absolute best costumer service out of any storage facility in Daytona Beach. Never had problems with storing my stuff there, very well protected.

horrible customer service and storage facility. remote service via Moody Management since no manager on site. had to make numerous calls to reserve unit; disconnected twice. reservation cost $10 and was supposedly good for 7 days, but different agents called and left text messages everyday trying to force me pay for unit without viewing. i was told by one agent that all units were drive up with roll-up doors. finally viewed unit which did NOT have a roll-up door but instead a regular door which was damaged, didn't have a good seal, with an inexpensive hasp latch lock. looked like and old maintenance room or office. gate didn't operate properly so attempted to call management to let them know gate wasn't closing; again numerous calls and call backs getting some rude comments from agents.

I’ve rented storage units before, but this place is by far the safest and most convenient. 24-hour access and cameras everywhere—I feel totally at ease storing my stuff here.
