Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 9am-6pm Saturday 9am to 6p. ***Closed on Sundays, but tenants have access until 10pm daily! Can we say CONVENIENT and top-notch security system at its best. I highly recommend Ann Street Storage World in Montgomery for anyone looking for a safe, clean, and reliable storage facility. From my initial call (last year) to my phone call today and the moment I walked in, I was yet impressed with the staff professionalism, his knowledge; how well-kept the property is organized, secure, and very accessible. What really makes this location stand out is the exceptional service provided by Mr. Lawrence Smiley, the On-Site Manager. He goes above and beyond to ensure customers are taken care of. He is professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions or assist with any needs. His friendly attitude and attention to detail create a welcoming experience that makes renting here stress-free. He took his time reviewing the contract and expounded on any and every concern. In this day and time, It’s rare to find both great services/facilities and outstanding customer service in one place, but this location truly delivers.
