I’ve been seeing the StorageMart location on Madison Street in Chicago for several months now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. I am owner of a moving company myself, so from the moment we walked in, the staff - Violet was friendly, professional, and really took the time to explain the storage options available. They made the whole process quick and easy. The facility itself is super clean, well-lit, and feels very secure — which was a big deal for me. I noticed cameras throughout the property, and I’ve never had any issues with access or safety. The location is convenient and easy to get to with plenty of parking. Whether you’re storing business supplies, personal items, or moving in/out of the city, this is a great spot.
