I came in looking for a storage unit and left feeling very satisfied due to the amazing manager, Valerie, at this location. Valerie was extremely helpful, professional, thorough, and overall very welcoming and made the process extremely smooth and stress-free. The facility is very clean and it’s clear how much effort Valerie and her team put into making this location look and run at its best. The management here is outstanding and I can’t remember the last time I’ve had customer service this amazing. If you’re looking to rent out a storage unit, I’d highly recommend this location and specifically working with Valerie.

Valerie at Storage Pro is absolutely amazing. She’s always there whenever I have a question or an issue and handles everything quickly and professionally. On top of that, she’s consistently friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which really makes a difference. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much about their job and the people they help. Valerie is a huge asset to Storage Pro, and I really appreciate her every time I come in.
