Have been trying to get ahold of someone for MONTHS regarding my unit and no one answers or calls back. I'd like my personal documents with my personal information on them before someone else gets them!

READ CONTRACT! Worked with us for a short term emergency stroage. However, pay attention to contract! Don't listen to any verbal agreements... terms are in the contract! We were told they would prorate our monthly fees... No they don't! Paid full month rate for 7 days worth of storage. READ CONTRACT!
