Store Space Self Storage

If you want your stuff stolen or ruined by a mouse infestation, absolutely rent a unit here! Break ins multiple times a day. Dirty facility. Trash and belongings left everywhere. Cameras dont work. Won't pay you for insurance claims. Used to give you till the 5th then they started cutting off access on the 2nd. Worker is never there. Do not trust this place go elsewhere!

I paid for a storage space online on 02/1/2026, I tried to go and access that space 02/2/2026. The 4 digit code that I was giving for the lock didn’t work. Nobody to help on a Monday. I ended up going to a different storage space and not using the one that I purchased with Store Space Self Storage. I never accessed or used the space, I paid $51 and was only refunded $18. Not to mention there was a dead mouse down the hall from my storage. Avoid this business at all cost, save your money!

The main doors of the buildings have been broke for several months without nobody fixing them. Customer service never answers the phone and never return calls. The manager never stays in the office. The facilities are dirty. It is awful. If I could give them a zero star, I would.
