The building AND the gates are locked at 10p on the dot, but they don't tell you that. I was locked in the gates for the entire night because they only have AI for service and managerial tasks. I was finally able to leave at 9am the NEXT DAY because it was business hours again. I wasn't able to contact anyone for emergency release, and not even emergency services were willing to come help. They comped me a month for the terrible situation. Don't store your things here if you can help it.

Just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Anna and the whole team! They've been absolutely amazing helping me get settled in – it's been a bit of a whirlwind for me, but Anna and the team have been incredibly supportive and on top of everything the entire time. Seriously, they've gone the extra mile! I'm so grateful for their help.
