Jovy was knowledgeable and efficient. He advised what size unit I should consider, based on description of what was being stored, and which facilities were climate controlled. Jovy has good communication skills and was pleasant to do business with.

Getting the unit leased was quick and easy over the phone. I had the lease documents, unit number, and entry code all in just a few minutes. Very happy with the process.

I experienced great customer service while booking with Nelly. However, on the day of moving my stuff to storage, I find out there was no working light near my unit. Additionally, the “emergency” exit doors did not open after being told to open them for light by Joanne. I was then called back and told when the light is replaced is continues to blow out and maintenance was aware. I wish I would have been told this prior to being given this unit. This made moving in extremely difficult and will be extremely difficult when moving my things out. Photo 1 shows the amount of light in the hallway where my unit is. Photo 2 shows the hall and nearest working light and photo 3 shows the lack of light in my unit that I had to move furniture into.
