Been with this storage company over ten years and has not had any issues with the company, pleasant customer service and helpful update information

Rented a 5x10 storage and was told by online services it was $27 a month. They then tacked on another $20 a month, without telling me, for insurance. I called about my bill and was told "oh online services doesn't tell you about the insurance". That's fraud, and was given NO information about said insurance and who it was through, nothing. BEWARE of this company.

The best storage unit I've ever had. Clean. Accessible. Joanna (sorry if it's spelled wrong) is always friendly and helpful. The size and price are perfect. I love that the indoor units are actually protected. 100% recommended.
