The gate is heavy to move it to get in and again to push it back to get out. An automated system and key paid to get in is much nicer. I am 73 and it's just difficult. If someone could move me to another location that would be great... i don't have a pickup. I have only been out there once in a year and a half because I have so much trouble.

Moving in was easy, the unit was clean and the customer service was great. Inexpensive for the size unit I rented. Edit to add: I was told if I left a review I would get $10 off my next bill. I still haven’t received the credit and when I emailed about it no one got back to me. Second edit: if you want access to your unit when you’re supposed to have it, don’t use this place. They change the code for the padlock on the gate constantly, and even though they say they’ll call you when they update it they never do. My unit was broken in to because the gate was left open all day and night and they wouldn’t ever do anything to make sure the gate was shut even after I called them. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. This place is cheap for a reason and it’s because the service is terrible. When I finally heard back about the credit I was supposed to have received it was after I changed my review from 5 stars to 3. The five star reviews are only for the credit you get when you move in. Worst experience ever. Response to owner: I was broken in to. I was called by someone in the office stating so, they said my lock had been removed from the unit and I didn’t remove it. I filed a police report at the urging of office staff because they believed they knew who did and stated they had issues with him before. The gate was left open multiple times. There were times when no one was in the facility using it. The gate issues did end up getting resolved, I will give you that. The gate code was changed multiple times as well, this I knew would happen but I was also told I would be notified to which I never was. I was never given the credit, I’ll show you my statements proving as much. I stayed because I had no other choice, if I could’ve moved out sooner I would’ve.

Great customer service. They helped me every step for my storage rental. Update: I returned to use this storage in January of 2024. This was my first choice due to our first experience and they are continuing the amazing customer service and care setting us up! Spot on service!
