StorHouse Mini Storage

Even though there's new management. Someone is not doing their job on trying to find my merchandise that was taken out if my storage room. They cut my original lock off and put the combination lock in replacement of mine. Someone from Mgr told them to do it. Feels agent put the lock on it alright but didn't lock it back up. Combination didn't close up good. Hope y'all check your camera to see who stole my merchandise.

Do NOT rent here. Gate barely works, storage unit broken into, lock totally missing. Took 3 days of showing up and calling to be able to pay my bill for my now-robbed storage unit. They will tell you they don’t do one month rentals, I was robbed 12 days into month 2. Tried to call the “24 hour a day” number, nobody answered (also happened when I tried to pay, since I never got a bill). Pay attention to the other reviews on here. There are a million other storage units in the area, rent one of them.

Someone broke into the unit, stole everything, all My work equipment and etc, when I tried to contact the office it took days. When I finally talked with someone I was told it had happened a month ago!!!!!! Paid my fees on time(after this happened) and nobody from their office contacted me to tell me my things were gone. Then when I did speak with someone, I was told they had done a police report, I called for one myself only to find out they didn’t because no one had a police report and they couldn’t provide any information about what happen but continued to take my fees without disclosing my things were gone!! And still haven’t!!!!! Worst place ever!! I Beg ya please don’t give them any business!!!! All my equipment is gone!!!! (6/5/2021)
