Clean and secure facility. Carts to move stuff around are always available. There is freight elevator to move stuff up and down. Office staff is on top of security. They called me once when I incorrectly locked my unit so I could come in and address it and keep my stuff secure.

Devin was amazing but when I got there Tia was the manager that I was working with, and she was one of the most rude unpleasant people I’ve dealt with in a while, she was everything that a manager and somebody in customer service shouldn’t be. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in years. I asked to see a few different units and right off of the bat Tia had a massive attitude. I said one thing about the locks that they required to have on the door and she lost her mind refused service to me and told me that I obviously don’t want to rent there when that’s clearly what I came there to do. this woman definitely needs to get a different job and not be customer service. I Haven’t had such an awful experience in years while actively trying to purchase something. She needs a new job
