Extremely Dissatisfied – Lighting issues, High Humidity, Snow Removal, No On-Site Bathrooms. Original Review with Update at Bottom: Lighting: We experienced lighting issues behind the building, which was a security concern for us. It’s very dark behind the building where the main overhead doors are located when one light goes out, let alone two! Restrooms Closed: The on-site restrooms that were once available are now permanently locked. While this may not affect quick pickups, it becomes a major inconvenience when multiple people are involved in a move, and your group is on-site for a while. Winter: During the winter, we experienced multiple instances in which the loading docks and the entire parking lot behind the warehouses were not adequately plowed for several days after a snowfall. This made access difficult and frustrating, with insufficient room to safely pull into the building without driving through deep snow. The snow remained for days after storms, indicating poor snow removal rather than a temporary weather-related issue. In fairness to management, the district manager explained that snow removal is handled by the plow company selected by the affiliated shopping center. I understand their position, but this does not lessen the inconvenience in sub-zero temperatures. Four-wheel drive may be necessary in winter. Warm & Cold vs Humidity: We found a competing warehouse that not only has AC & heat but also runs dehumidifiers to keep high humidity under control in summer; a huge differentiator if you are storing any soft materials or furniture. Fees: The rent at the facility we moved to is 14% lower! We secured comprehensive climate control at a better rate! Overall, these issues reflect a lack of attention to basic logistics and customer needs. Update: I was surprised by the generic reply from the business to this review. Each of the issues listed above had previously been raised with the on-site manager during our tenancy. Responding as though these concerns are being reported for the first time was disappointing. As noted in the review, we have since moved to another facility where we secured a larger space for approximately 14% less rent, with additional cubic footage and humidity control in addition to temperature control. Since we are no longer customers, the request to reach out further seems unnecessary. Fortunately, we were able to find a facility that better meets our needs.

Basically no complaints. The office staff was great, pricing was decent, access was good (indoor parking bay), and the facility was clean and climate controlled. Almost gave 4 stars because some of the carts had some issues (sticky wheels for example), but that's a small point

When I first started out with StorQuest the company was really good but the management keeps changing and it keeps getting worse. They don't plow hardly at all when it comes to the snow. I had mentioned the lighting in the back garage and it took them four times to change out the lighting because there was no lighting back there and Landon gave me attitude about it. He doesn't deserve to work there. He's very awful when it comes to the way he treats tenants. He's constantly on the phone yelling at people all the time or sending out very rude emails which is horrible and they keep increasing people's rent and I'm to the point where I went from 100 and some odd dollars $265 which is almost $300 for my storage unit. They have no public bathrooms which is totally uncalled for. They don't clean the place at all and not even in a decent way. They should no longer be allowed to be in business if you're going to be not taking care of things or not treating your tenants the way you should and stop lying about the prices
