The staff was very helpful above and beyond. I was under a weighty deadline to move out. The staff helped me significantly with getting the straps to work to secure furniture in the truck. And even thoughtfully taped drawers down to save me time. As well I thank the manager heartily for understanding my move out date situation & being flexible. Storquest is there for you!

One of the best & safest locations around!! Climate-controlled units will preserve your stuff, instead of baking in the aluminum ovens at other locations. They have a HUGE drive-up. spots that can fit a car, trailer, or boat. They have on-site 24/7 Amazon lockers, so you don't need to worry about Amazon deliveries getting stolen. They offer to accept delivery of your pacakges and will even deliver it into your unit for free. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Tell them you were referred by me and if you get a new unit, I will give you a surprise thank-you gift

The place is clean, tidy, and well kept. I feel that my stuff is secured and easily accessible when I need them (of course during access hours). The staff have been very pleasant and easy to work with when I've had issues. I just don't like that the rates have continued to increase, but I want to say it's within market rate of other storage places in the area.
