Don’t bother with this place all our stuff was stolen all our camping gear, bikes, equipment etc. Story has it next to this place is a homeless encampment!!! And there are homeless people living in the units! Good luck!

I reserved a large storage unit. When I went to put my stuff there I was then told that unit was unavailable for 7-10 business days. The smaller unit I had to take was full of spiders and had several holes in the walls. After I emptied out my locker and informed the business twice that I was cancelling the service they continued to try to charge me. Their prices are also higher than other, nearby storage units. There is no security to speak of. The entire facility is open, with no fences or functional security cameras. Edit: As of the response from 6 days, I have received an additional three notifications that I owe them more money. I have sent 4 notifications that I cancelled the unit over a month ago.

This is a great facility. I was onsite at the same time as the owners and they are trying really hard. I have seen the issues- and they are really trying to clean up the location but the camp next door doesn't help- especially as it gets cold. I will definitely support them and their efforts to get this cleaned up! Great folks with a tough situation!
