The units are easily rented. The people are text friendly. Which is excellent. Very responsive fast when I asked for a new passcode because I was concerned about my code having gotten out. Units are warm. (It's winter. ) Unit was clean when I opened it the first time. Price is reasonable. Only complain is my light doesn't work but, If it did, I'd brag about it. That would be over the top awesome. Great place overall to store ones stuff.

Never dealing with this company again and recommend it to no one. Heaven forbid you need to close your account and talk to a human. I've emailed. I've called. I've texted. I went to the location office when it was open, to be greeted by a giant screen with a "virtual assistant" that was supposed to assist me in 2 minutes. After 5 minutes of no assistant live or virtual appearing, I went back to my car to try calling, texting, and emailing again. 4 business days later, multiple messages left because even at 7am when the call center opens I can't get anyone to answer my call or return it.
