I have been a tenant with your storage facility since late 2023. While I have been a consistent customer, I have encountered an issue with my billing that needs to be addressed. On August 21, I spoke with a customer service representative to negotiate my monthly rate, which had increased from $115 to $150. The representative agreed to a new rate of $135 per month. However, this change was never applied to my account. Yes I did inquire about the move out process which should have NOT been interrupted by agreement set in place. As a result, I was improperly charged based on the higher rate and subsequently charged a late fee. My current bill is now $200. I was informed that the discounted rate would not apply until the next billing cycle, despite the error being the company's own failure to update my rate as negotiated. This handling of the billing issue and the failure to honor a negotiated agreement is poor business practice. I believe it is unfair to penalize a loyal customer for an internal error. I would like the late fee removed and my rate adjusted for the current month as agreed upon in our conversation on August 21.

Don't rent from here unless you want to get ripped off. They constantly significantly increase prices and they also won't pro rate you when you move out. I got charged full price plus a late fee of $20 when I moved out of my unit on the 10ty. I had to pay full price for 10 days and they wouldn't let me in my unit until I paid full price for 10 DAYS. Their customer service is also horrible and they have alot of hidden terms in the lease. Stay away from this place.

Beware people if your are looking for a good storage place to store your items. This is definitely not the one to use. I miss heartland storage they were way better than this gostore self storage. They're think about is get your money and raise rates. They do not care about customers. I'm thinking real hard to take my business elsewhere. If I could give to them zero Stars I would. They're going to take the business down to the ground. The way they treat people pretty sad..
