I had a really great experience with this storage facility, and I especially want to thank Tyler, the manager. From the start, Tyler was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. Moving and dealing with storage can be stressful, but he made the whole process smooth and easy. He took the time to answer questions, made sure we had what we needed, and went above and beyond to help us get everything situated. It’s rare to find someone who cares that much about doing a good job and helping people. The facility itself is clean, organized, and well managed. If you’re looking for a reliable storage place with excellent customer service, I highly recommend this location—Tyler truly makes the difference!

I have only been with Strong Point for a few weeks. They are all very friendly and helpful. Tyler helped me by showing me where something was. They have flat carts and dollys available for you to use. They are very clean and make sure all the carts are in working order. I saw Tyler working on them as I was leaving. I highly recommend them if you are needing storage.

My first time renting a climate controlled unit went smoothly. I give credit to Tyler for being so knowledgeable & helpful. The place is kept clean & easy to access. Overall I give this facility 5 stars & don’t hesitate to recommend it to others.
