Stuf Storage - Downtown Boston

1. Hard to get in - whoever manages the desk isn't there half the time so you spend 20 minutes waiting for them to return 2. Awful hours - only open 9-12 on Saturday. Not at all on Sunday. 3. Awful customer service - they advertise that you can text them. They might respond to 1/10 texts 4. Claim they price match - they don't 5. Continuously jack up the rate - I was here a year and the rent went up 300%. They try to get you to pay an extra $10/mth so that they don't do this to you 6. The construction outside means you have limited access to bring a vehicle in to drop stuff off 7. Someone stores a cart in the south one that blocks access to units 8. Insane pricing - more expensive per sq ft than luxury homes. Units a mile away are 1/5th the price 9. Billing inconsistencies - they randomly tacked on insurance months after I signed. Price randomly changed per unit (I was renting 3) The access is the main issue - what's the point of paying a premium to be right downtown if you have to wait 20 min to be let in?

It is a great idea of creating storage units in a such places. It is win-win for all sides: for the building owner, for a customer and for this business. It's not perfect. But this service has a good ratio of price and quality. More important that this city really needs such storages. It is very helpful for local businesses.
