I’ve been reporting what appears to be a leak or water intrusion issue in this building for over a month. When I first raised the concern, I was told building management was aware of a “minor HVAC condensation leak” and that my unit “was not identified as impacted.” Despite that, the problem has continued, and there has been no meaningful follow-up or resolution. What’s more concerning is the condition of the storage area. It looks neglected and disorganized to the point where it resembles an encampment rather than a secure and professionally maintained facility. For the rent we pay, I expect basic building upkeep, responsive communication, and proactive issue resolution. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the experience. I’m sharing this so others are aware — and in hopes that management will prioritize addressing these issues rather than simply acknowledging them.

Increased rating: Following these events i reached out to Stuff and spoke with staff that had the ability to affect change. they PROMPTLY- resolved the issue and i am very grateful. I am leaving it as only 3 stars however as a tech was meant to meet me at my unit and never showed he allegedly got 'turned around', additionally the fact this happened twice in the first place is still frustrating and inconvenient. I myself had to really try to find someone high enough to yield a result as my matter was time sensitive and i had little faith that customer service would actually act. The team members i spoke with have proven they have made the amendments in my account to assure this doesnt happen and shown a path forward for improving workflows. Ill be happy to again update as time progresses. OG post: Twice now, Stuff Storage has locked me out of my own unit with no warning. The first time, they even tried to charge me to have their tech cut off the bolt. When I finally got in, my original lock was broken on the floor. Tonight, I arrived 15 minutes before closing for urgent work supplies and found another lock—no email, no call, no apology. I always pay on time, and they cannot even explain why this keeps occurring. Completely unacceptable and negligent. If I could give negative stars, I would.

The worst storage service ever. They take no responsibility for anything. If you want to rent and take care of your belongings, it’s best to choose another place. They only care about you paying your fee. They only give you one hour of parking, and after 50 minutes they’re already giving you a ticket. It’s a terrible department; nobody knows who they answer to, not even the managers. You don’t know who their bosses are. It’s a very bad service; it’s better to find another storage service.
