I’ve only rented here for 2 weeks but so far so good. Jane on the phone is so sweet and detailed. She explained everything so well then even sent me all necessary information via text to help with any questions. The price is so reasonable compared places nearby. It’s easy to make payments online or with all their other options. I appreciate the light and outlet inside. The only downside is that melted snow can come inside the unit but they warn you of that when signing.

Great to work with from start to finish! Jane was so friendly and quick to respond to messages which I appreciate! Rented from Summit for 6 months. They offer auto pay which is easy. Unit had a light, very clean, no smell, no bugs even with all the rain we had this winter we had no water issues in our unit. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need storage.

This place really is the best. Nice area, clean, no bugs or water in our units we had for over 12 months. The inside light was very convenient. Jane is awesome to work with and has easy payment options. Strongly recommend this place!
