I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed, so I was asking a lot of questions. I won’t need a unit right away, but I appreciated all the information I received from polite and knowledgeable employees.

Had the worst experience. The day moved in the codes we were given did not work and we had to wait for a maintenance worker to get us in. We opened our unit to find bedding and on the ground and the floor was filthy. We had been told the unit would be prorated for move in and move out by the lady at the office. On them month of move out they made us pay a full month not the 7 days we used the unit. The manager was rude in emails, didn't address problem only said tell me the name and I will fire her immediately. On move out we again could not get in with codes because they had been changed again! After getting into property and opening the unit we were disgusted! There was rat poop ALL OVER EVERYTHING! Will never go back to this business with any of my kids and future moves.

Decent price for what we rented, site unseen - our boat unit does not have a concrete floor & it was not maintained prior to a new tenant, so there are weeds & ants throughout. When we first drove up to the facility, the entry gate was open & there was a lock on our unit, so I had to call. She was helpful in getting the existing lock off, but there was no mention of who’s lock we had to use or a fee. Now there a month and the entry gate is still not fixed & we’re being charged for a lock were not using (A combination lock & have no idea who else knows the combination). It’s an enclosed space, but may be looking for something different if they can’t get the entry gate fixed, since we’re paying for a secured unit at a secure facility.
