Townsend Self Storage

False advertising! I rented the unit on their website because of the price. I pay the 30$ fee plus the 1st month rent. Then when i got into the place they made me sign a paper saying that i agree to a price increase (x2) within 2 months. No where in the website says anything about that. The building is old and sketchy, surrounded by homeless. There is only one way in and out, and a very creepy small hallway, so if there is someone already in the way you have to wait until they’re done. The gate is share with some other building. Does not feel safe at all.

It took two long for us to get the storage unit I needed yesterday. You should have had a golf cart win their storage unit is a half a mile away. The gentleman did everything he could to help but I was late for an appointment. That I should not have been late for.

The staff at Townsend Self Storage was very professional and helpful with getting me signed up for my self storage. The storage unit was clean and well kept. I would and will tell all my friends if they need storage space to go to Townsend Self Storage because they have reasonable prices.
