Not the worst storage facility in the world, but close. The app doesn't always work allowing access to the facility. There is not a single working light bulb at the outside entrance. Entry at night does not feel safe at all. Whatever the website may say there is no one on site regularly it is run remotely. If you call no one will ever answer and you definitely have to wait to get a response, that is if you get one at all. The outside kiosks that I was told had been down for a couple days had actually be out of service for months before I rented here and is still not working. UPDATE: 01/08/2026 I was there last night and there no working lights on the outside of the building. The kiosk was not work, and you lost a star for fibbing.

The concerns about the prices going up after two-three months are valid. They wait and then raise the price. You also get additional $13 fee per month if you don’t have insurance as an FYI. My total quote went from $50, to $79 in less than 3 months. I believe the management company also knows about this and is a common practice of theirs. Do not rent here.

I just signed up for a unit, and the process was very smooth. The manager was super friendly, and made everything simple. I was shocked how easy it was to use the app to enter and the building and unit as well. Overall, I’m very pleased with Tri Village thus far.
