TriLink Storage - Easton

Keeping my belongings at TriLink Storage- Easton was overwhelming at 1st since I didn’t know what to expect. Leaving good quality items and very expensive things unsupervised in a storage unit sounded a bit scary in the beginning but after a few months I realized it wasn’t so bad after all. My belongings were safe and secure and the location is filled with cameras and also gated so you need your own personal passcode to get in. My experience was absolutely amazing. I rented a 10x10 unit for an entire year with basically my entire home locked away in there and I was able to check on my stuff when ever I wanted and take things out or put things in as needed. Whenever I had questions I would call customer support and I always got my answers by an actual customer service rep. The representatives were always kind, knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring which made me feel even better. Even when making a payment late from time to time TriLink always worked with me to make sure things fell back on track. I am truly grateful for it all. And I highly recommend TriLink for anyone who needs a good storage for their valuables.

This the third time I have used Tri Link Easton. Each experience has been pleasant in regards to the people I’ve spoken to. The on line has been user friendly. All these are reasons I return to Tri Link. The only concern I have this time is the ceiling in unit 34 is damaged, however, with weather being what it has been, when I was able to go to the unit, I did see where any leakage was taking place. And the snow clearing was good.

TriLink Storage was clean, secure, and easy to use. Staff were professional and made moving in and out simple. Overall a good experience.
