Trilink Storage - Georgesville

Nasty dirty units… homeless people everywhere. Trash piled throughout. The units were so dirty I actually slept trying to walk through it on tiny pebbles and white stuff and nasty black oil, stains, and sticky stuff which I’m assuming is so kind of insulation spray but it could’ve been anything. No help whatsoever. When u message them… crickets. Then when they do respond it’s only only about what they want. I am going to have to dispute this purchase I don’t even want to move my stuff into the unit. I spent three hours cleaning it yesterday only to find out they’re not going to remove all of the giant shards of glass that I always that I’m not getting flat tires for. Instead of feeling secure that they would actually look at the cameras when something was reported… They actually asked me what units the homeless people were in ??? great security!

The process of obtaining a storage unit was very easy. I am not a very social person, and I was able to do everything online. They was also able to provide me with my storage unit number and my gate code information within 10 minutes of purchase. The location where my storage unit is located is very clean and the customer service representatives inside are very nice and knowledgeable.

Ive had horrible experience renting here my storage unit has been broken into twice and they have a insurance company try link those and every time I call trilink they told me there's nothing they can do about their insurance company helping me with my claim because it's a third party how is that my fault if you have a insurance company you should be able to get something done with them I have been waiting for one year for these people to cooperate with me the insurance company from tri-link and nothing has been done about myself that has got stolen from there it's bad enough that I already have all these health problems and on top of this that I have to deal with the stress with trilink storage company I'm very disappointed it would be nice if try link did something concerning this matter but they don't so it's like my stuff got broken into twice and nothing happens I'm the victim here my stuff got ramsacked my stuff got stolen and nothing has been done about it to this day the insurance company is awful nobody's helping me
