Trojan Storage of Roseville Vineyard

I had a wonderful experience with Monique from Trojan storage Roseville 2. I have been having a problem with the online portal to make a payment and forgot to get back to them she called me to remind me that my payment was due. Is she not only help me do the payment but she helped me sign up for autopay through my bank. I thought that was fantastic because I haven't been able to get around to do that. Thank you Monique for everything you were so kind and compassionate and I just love it when customer service helps me with stuff I can't do anymore. Thank you again
