U-Haul Moving & Storage of Burnsville

I was delighted. I got a trailer hitch installed, and the price was WAY better than the dealer (~$650 after tax etc), and the guys were friendly and easy going. I did rent a trailer a few days later and was again delighted at the price (~$25 for one day w/ overnight), and that they hook it up for you. Perfect for a suburban Mom just trying to move a little furniture!

U-HAUL is a great company. Team members at the Burnsville location have always helpful and professional. The equipment is well-maintained and does the job asked of it. This isn’t my first time nor last that I will look to U-HAUL to help me with my logistics and storage needs.

My storage was blocked with these large containers due to me being one day late. Bill was due on the 5th of July, I came in on the morning of the 6th to take care of my payment, I find these in front of my unit. I spoke with the Asst Mgr Gabe, He said that they blocked my unit on yesterday which was the 5th. I paid the bill and was informed that the forklift was down and I would have to wait for a few days until it was up so that they could unblock my outdoor storage unit. Do not store your property here. Very unprofessional and nasty attitude. I called and left 2 voicemails to the general manager Austin Elliott cell phone to let him know, how I was treated, and couldn’t access my property. No response. Terrible Staff and organization!
